Under normal circumstances, we ship packages within 24 hours and send an email with the tracking number within 48 hours (processing times may be extended during major holidays).

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy; you can return the product to us within 30 days, whether it remains unopened or you simply decide you no longer want it after opening it.

We offer delivery services to most states within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and military jurisdictions).
What payment methods are supported?
We accept PayPal payments but do not currently support other payment methods.
How long is the warranty period?
We offer a 12-month warranty for the majority of our products, while a limited number of products come with a 6-month warranty. During this period, we will provide replacement parts or appropriate compensation at no cost for issues resulting from product quality.
